Thank you for pre-ordering from Viraaj Mahajan at https://books.virajmahajan.com. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be requested.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Window
• Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded only within 2 hours of placing the order.
• After the 2 hour window, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• This short window exists because pre-orders immediately enter our processing workflow and may include personalised materials.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund only if:
• The request is made within 2 hours of the transaction
• The payment has been verified by Razorpay
• The refund request is sent from the same email used during the order

3. Return or Replacement Policy
Since this is a book pre-order, the following conditions apply.
• Orders cannot be returned once shipped.
• In case you receive a damaged or defective copy, you may request a replacement.
• Replacement will be provided only if you submit photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not offer returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the storyline, writing style, or creative content. All books are sold as final products.
4. Digital Products and Bonuses
If your pre-order includes digital bonuses such as e-books, wallpapers, or letters:
• Digital items are non-refundable.
• Access to digital content is considered delivered once links are emailed.
5. Payment Processing
